Valentine Crafts

These are cute craft ideas I stole off Parents.com
Wrap large candy bars and tag or wrap decorated small pieces of paper to tape around mini bars for a gift.

Click on the image below to find out how to make a stamp. Good recycling craft.

Paint a ceramic pot for flowers or make flower pens. You coould also plant some seeds now and hopefully start seeing something by Valentines. You could go to this site and order the tickleme plant that moves when you tickle it http://www.ticklemeplant.com/

Use cardstock, buttons, and ribbons to make your own cards
Use thumb prints to make hearts

Paint wooden hearts and glue magnets on back

Thanks for the TickleMe Plant website post. My kids at home and students at school are going to be so suprised when their houseplants move when they tickle them.
Love the pink Valentines Day Flowers they show on the website.
To exicite kids about nature and science this experience is a must have.
